About Us

The more brewing vessels I got the more my passion for high quality home brewed Kombucha grew. Friends got converted to Kombucha lovers one by one. But they were not happy with what they could buy in the stores. They wanted "the real stuff". So we made more Flobucha. Brewing in higher volumes while still maintaining the "homemade" quality is a challenge for sure. But we are up to the task.

Our Philosophy

We believe in the strength of small businesses producing locally, sustainably and environmentally responsible.

It's best for the environment to produce as close to our customers as possible. This not only avoids delivery time and the product is fresher when consumed. It also preserves energy which would be spend on transportation, refrigeration, packaging etc.

Ideally we would like everybody to brew their own Kombucha at home. But not everyone has the ability, time and dedication to do so. We believe that Flobucha is the closest to this ideal. We'll brew raw traditional Kombucha for you and it tastes just like home brewed, or even better. If you live close to Sarasota we will even deliver to you directly on a weekly subscription basis. Or you can buy Flobucha in your local qualifying health or nutrition store.
